Swift Consoles
Swift Marine manufacture a range of quality GRP centre consoles from jockey style through to stand up and sit down styles.
They can be bought as basic mouldings or complete with screens, steering and hatches. Standard Gelcoat colour is white but other colours are available on request.
All accessories and options are available off the shelf at competitive prices and even marine electronics can be optioned.
Note that Swift Consoles are laid up reasonably heavy to ensure strength is not an issue so if a lighter lay up is required it must be ordered that way.
Custom built aluminium consoles are also available but must be specially quoted.
Pilot Console
This is a no nonsense stand up console with a shelf about half way. Normal configuration is a hatch in the aft face above the shelf and a cut out below that for feet. A plastic tank of up to 70 litres can be fitted under. Fuel filler/breather modules can be added if the tank is to be a fixture.

Skipper Console (Short)
This is a nice little sit down console with a shelf moulded in. We usually set it up with a hatch in the forward face above the shelf and one in the side of the lower section for either battery or other storage, although you can, if you wish, change this to suit your requirements. This console is great for smaller boats where you wish to sit at a std 500mm height seat. It has the wheel at the perfect angle for a seated driver and there is adequate room for gauges and accessories such as VHF radio, plotter/sounder and compass. As the base is cut to height it must have a metal flange to fasten it down.

Skipper Console (Tall)
The tall Skipper console consists of two mouldings. The base moulding has a fibreglass top which serves as a shelf for the top section. This is a great console where you need a smaller footprint and for stand up use. The base, like all Swift consoles has an external substantial flange and can be screwed to the floor without effort. All consoles, however, should also be glued down with a Sikaflex or similar to ensure their security. The dash is moulded at just the right angle for comfortable steering and there is plenty of room for gauges, switch gear, sounders etc. Should a fuel tank be fixed under the Skipper console a recessed filler moulding can be purchased as an option. Screen, rail, hand rails, hatches and steering can be purchased, or just the basic moulding.

Commander Console
A very popular unit. The commander console is a lovely unit for sitting or standing. It has an upholstered seat on front and can have a separate box under the seat or a foam lined cooler if required. Again standard gel coat colour is white but any colour available is possible. This console looks best with the screen and rail but it can be ordered as a basic shell as usual. The dash can accommodate a radio in the middle and gauges either side and is best used with the std side mount control that is std with most outboards. The steering is best with a 20 degree bezel but this is optional. A 50 - 60 litre plastic tank can be fitted under the std shelf and a filler recess moulding is also available.

Crewman
The Crewman console is a small footprint sit down style for the smaller inflatable RIB or tinnie. Nicely styled and economically priced it is small, light and takes up little room. It has a shelf for stowage in the top section and room in the base as well. This unit comes as a package with screen, rail, steering helm and hatches fitted. However, if required it can still be taken as a moulding only. Steering cable is at an extra cost.

Crewman Console Complete.....$1,550
FCT Tubular Console
The FCT console is a ladder frame powder coated aluminium unit made mostly for inflatables and RIBS. This console is great in small dinghies with little floor space and actually allows the driver to stretch out due to the unrestricted area under the helm. Std colour is white but can be customised on request

Helm Seat (for Crewman etc)
The Crewman helm seat is pretty much as you see it. A smaller seat assembly with hatches and upholstery as pictured. Best used with the Crewman console or the FCT Console.

Sport 1 - Jockey Console
The Sport 1 is a great basic straddle or jockey console. It has room under the seat (which is removable) for equipment and has the usual range of goodies etc. There is limited room on the dash but this is not usually an issue as the primary purpose here is to be small with a smallish footprint. Only in white at the moment but is well priced, strong and comfortable. The jockey console is ideal for driving security when in rougher conditions or just when going fast. It also offers the advantage of being sociable as other passengers can sit around the driver and still communicate when underway. Comes standard with helm, wheel, backrest and upholstered seat.

Sport 2 - Jockey Console
This is our premium jockey console. It easily takes two people and has been very popular for people from police to private vessels. The dash area is a little bigger with this model and you can fit a radio into the dash as well as a plotter sounder on top. This model has been designed to have a 25 litre outboard fuel tank inserted in from the front and a separate dry storage area under the seat. Very strong and available in multiple colours or customised to suit this is a very nice unit for the RIB or tinnie. Again can be bought in basic shell or with all the fittings as you wish. Available off the shelf in white GRP with seat of white vinyl and light grey sides.
